We have 4 remote offices that are connected to the main office with VPN tunnels. All remote routers and computers can be pinged from the main office.
I defined a network scan for each of the 4 remote subnets. SpiceWorks only finds 3 of the 4 remote networks. I did a “scan now” for each one. For the remote network that it does not find I ran a “test” and got the message “host unreachable or firewalled”. There’s only 1 pc there. It may have the Windows firewall turned on.
But, shouldn’t it at least find the router? I can ping the router and other network devices from the main office,
I did some reading in other posts on VPN issues. Saw where it’s suggested to have a PC running remotely at other sites. That might be an option at the largest remote site but, the other 3 are very small, 1-4 network devices.
Seems like I’m close to getting it to find “all” remote networks, just having problems with this one. And don’t see any obvious reasons for it.

There’s only the one PC there, so I’d rather not have to install SW on there.
