Why cant i access spiceworks main website?

Good afternoon Spiceheads,

Anyone know why when i am trying to access spiceworks page to download the latest version of helpdesk I get a server bounce back from imperva?

Still having the issue, I tried from outside our network and i don’t have a problem but if i try ping it from within our network using the domain name i can’t, i can ping the IP address but if i browse to this it doesn’t resolve. I’m guessing it is DNS related… The direct link worked though, could you send me the directs for the latest downloads for helpdesk, Inventory and network monitor?

Cheers Rod-IT, i flushed my DNS and the domain resolves again but im getting a bounce back from a proxy server hosted with Imperva saying that the connection times out if i use the domain name, if i use the IP address then i get a similar bounce back but with an error stating the domain couldn’t be resolved. proxy ip address is the spiceworks address 45.60.11.212

I’ve seen this before, posted on here too, I wonder if it’s specifically where you are based and/or the route you take to connect to spiceworks.com

Got to say it is an odd one, I’ve got our support providers looking in to it at the same time but it does seem to be out of our network that the issue is happening, according to the bounce back the server on which the reply originates is the spiceworks domain.

Curious.

Wonder if anyone at spiceworks can help?
