I have several computers that are properly inventorying except that he OS is consistently identified as Windows 8.1 rather than Windows 10. I have updated Spiceworks to be sure that I have the latest version, and I forced a full inventory but the problem remains. Ultimately, the problems were end-user screwups. One of the systems that supposedly was Windows 10 wasn’t when I checked and it did register properly as Windows 10 after an upgrade. The other does correctly show and either I missed it in the dashboard display (which did not have it labeled on the pie chart) or it registered correctly after a rescan.
