So i have a ftp server with filezilla on a pc , i can connect from clients inside the network but on the xerox copier i keep getting bad id or password. User has no password for testing purposes and user is abc . It depends. Are you using the Scan To PC app or the Network Scanning system? That said, Xerox devices have never been keen on blank passwords. I’ve had times in the past where a blank path needs to be replaced with a forward slash - ‘/’ to properly call the ftproot repository.
