Ok, so I’ve downloaded the latest version of the Network Monitor to upgrade it to the latest version, am going to log in… and… I can’t.
I just reset my password too. So I’m definitely using the right credentials.
What gives? How do I resolve this?

Who’s he? Me? Yes, I can. I just reset my password too to check that and the new password doesn’t work either.

The entire server has been rebooted multiple times. No dice.

Hi Jaime,
No error messages apart from the wrong username/password message.
Thanks

Did you have the network monitor running at all? Or are you trying to run it for the first time?

It’s been running for a while but my colleague (who has since left the business) set it up originally.

Where you added as a user? Or do you guys use one account to log in? Is it your community account that you use?

I don’t know if I was added as a user, but I should have been. We use individual accounts - and yes, it’s my community account that I’m trying to use.

I’m wondering if you were. Are there any other users that would have access to the Network Monitor?

I thought I had access to it. Do the credentials not work unless explicitly added then?
I will check with my boss to see if he is able to log in, however it was configured by someone who since left us, so is there any other way in, some sort of admin override?

As long as there is one admin that can get it, then they will be able to invite other admins. Every admin needs to be invited to the install for them to have access. Let’s check that first, and we can go from there if it still doesn’t work.

Hi Jaime,
We have progress… After a word with the boss I got the credentials to log in. I was already registered as a user, and resending the email to me failed (because we changed the port used by the server). I’ve deleted and re-added me as a user, accepted the invitation, and it worked great.
Thanks for your support.
