We strive to inspire excellence and teamwork. Tell us about a time that you felt inspired at First Nation Group.

On rough days when my mood is down, I look to my team members getting the job done. That inspires me – it reminds me that I’m part of a team that needs every player.

What is a quote or affirmation you live by?
Kindness is its own reward.

Do you have a charity that is near and dear to your heart? Who and why?
The Boys and Girls Club of Lee County – their mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. They owned the football team that I played on. Due to their organization, I learned the values of solid teamwork and made friends that I am still in contact with today.

What First Nation Group core value do you align with most? Why?
Fuel humility, happiness, and positivity
. Life is often about how we choose to react to situations, so I make an effort to maintain a constructive outlook – both at work and in my personal life. Bringing this kind of energy into my daily interactions has really enhanced my overall experience. I believe that sharing this mindset not only helps me, but also uplifts those around me, making their day a bit easier.

What is a stand out memory working at First Nation Group?
I remember worrying about my first time working through bad weather at First Nation Group. I was surprised by the level of care and support offered to us. From lodging to generators, I was blown away by the effort, both from the company and my fellow employees. Even when I said I was okay, they kept checking in. I really appreciated that.

Thank you, Vich, for everything you do – not just for First Nation Group, but for the Veterans we proudly serve!
