Alternative to LogMeIn

LogMeIn’s prices have really caused it to be a cost prohibitive solution for remote support. Does any one have suggestions for stable, robust solutions that don’t cost upward of $400? Many thanks in advance.

ScreenConnect is awesome. 1 concurrent session license is $325 USD. This lets you have one user access a single interactive session. Just add as many licenses as you need to cover the number of interactive sessions you might need simultaneously.

It’s also self-hosted, and there is no cost associated with installing the ScreenConnect agent on machines. Licensing is strictly based on concurrent sessions.

There’s also no recurring fees. Buy a license for the current version of the software, and it works forever. Upgrades to new versions are generously pro-rated.

My single concern about it is that it was recently purchased by ConnectWise. ConnectWise tends to be sloppy about quality control on new releases, in my experience. But since the team working on ScreenConnect is supposed to stay intact, I’m not especially worried (for now).

Edit: And did I mention that it’s 100% re-brandable?

We use Teamviewer and have 3 tech licenses. We can install client on evey PC we have and 3 techs can use it at the same time.

Pricing is on par with everyone else I believe.

It depends upon your requirement but, you may give a shot to Lepide remote admin tool that is available free and allows IT Administrators to remotely administer single or multiple computers in the entire network simultaneously spread across multiple domains.
