I have a subscription to logmein. However, we have a client who needs to access their work computer while travelling (single user). Logmein is a little pricey and i am wondering if you have any recommendation for something similar.
What do you use in place of logmein?

Please check out Splashtop Remote Support (Basic and Plus Pack). It’s priced at least 50% less than that of LogMeIn pricing, yet include all the same features, and higher performance. Over 30k+ MSPs have migrated to Splashtop. I’m here to answer any question. Thanks
@Splashtop
Thanks for mentioning ScreenConnect! There are a fair amount of remote support threads out there, this one specifically is about switching over from LogMeIn to various alternatives: Logmein - eywatering price rises
If you are interested in checking out ScreenConnect, you can find a full feature list here: https://www.screenconnect.com/Remote-Support-Features
Let me know if you have any questions!
TeamViewer is definitely a great alternative to LogMeIn, Lahi! Our Remote support and remote access features let you set up permanent, unattended access if you need it, and your users can access remote computers and continue working on projects.
I’m linking here for some additional information on our newest version, which includes some great updates to existing features as well as some new ones: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/latest-version/
