AS400 paper jam error but no error in physical printer

Why do it get this error message on AS400 and no error message on physical printer.

Message : A paper jam has occurred on device SNBDPRT25xx
Cause : An error was detected on device. This was caused by a paper ja. Look at the printer to determine the cause of the problem.

My Question :

1. Do you have any thoughts on why they would be seeing this message when there is no issue on printer?
2. Is there something we can do to fix this error message? So that it doesn’t comes up next time while releasing the job ?

Maybe the driver in use on the AS400 is detecting an error but interprets it as a paper jam… Not many AS400 experts here it appears as a similar issue popped up but no great answers:
