Bulk Import owners

Hi Spiceworkers

I was wandering how to import from a text or CSV file only the owners. I have a CSV file that has one column IP address, one that has hostname and one that has owner.

What should the script look like?

The owner information is pulled from the device itself, but since the fields are only tables I am sure this will be possible somehow.
