Import from CSV

Hello everyone!

I am having an issue with importing data from a CSV file and am having no luck with populating the Owner field. I have had a look through the community to find an answer but I have not been successful.

I have tried using Owner, c_primary_owner_name, b_primary_owner_name

All other information is coming through and I am not getting any error messages from within Spiceworks. Is anyone able to help me? We have 1200+ devices and I’d really like to avoid doing this manually.

Have you tried just primary_owner_name without the c_ in front of it?

I have tried primary_owner_name also and after the last import of data I am now unable to get to the Import CSV page ( http://wasupp01:9675/data_migrations/inventory )

What error are you seeing when trying to reach the import page?
