Cannot scan a single device!

Hello, i have this strange issue with a device that it is not much used then every month i turn it on, update windows 10 and maybe some software (Reader Dc, Chrome etc…).

But today SW no longer scans it.

This pc has seemingly nothing that is not already installed on other pc.

In fact, last month it has been updated and scanned. Look at the last scan date:

Then i checked the pc firewall (disabled), the DNS (all ok), turned off the Kaspersky but nothing.

Again: I have removed from inventory (because SW does not give me any error information), restarted the SW server, scan its subnet and i get this:

I’m asking…but whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?

I can not find a logical reason.

Can i try your Spiceworks Unknowns Tool on windows 10?

Is there a list of things to check when this happens?
