Hi all, for any of you that may have checked out the refreshed version of the Knowledge Base (KB) we announced last week , we’ve built out some more of the functionality.

  • implement “sort” controls, allowing you to sort on “last updated”, “title”, and “spiciness”
  • implement “search”, including paginated search results
  • add URLs/routes for the “My team” and “Mine” tabs, supporting bookmarks and link sharing

Now we’ll be building out the “view article” functionality, allowing you to view articles you’ve added to your KB. This is the next step as we continue refreshing the frontend framework of the Cloud Help Desk (KB is the last big step!).
