Is there an MFA option for Spiceworks’ cloud helpdesk?

Not yet, it’s been a feature request kicked around since 2012, but hasn’t gained enough traction to be pushed into development.

Sadly not yet. I would have hoped SW would have offered MFA but it’s not something enough people want enough to get done. SO FAR!

Maybe SW could shed more light on the likelihood? @suzanne-spiceworks

I can’t shed more light at this time, unfortunately, but I will ask.

Hi all, at this time we do not currently support MFA or 2FA. We have a few things on our list that we are hoping to get to this year after the ticket view rewrite (for the desktop view of Cloud Help Desk), most of that looks to be geared towards the mobile app, email templates, etc.

What I would recommend is checking out our Feature Requests since we do look at these as we’re discussing next steps and future plans:
