We have a few things on our list that we are hoping to get to this year after the ticket view rewrite (for the desktop view of Cloud Help Desk), most of that looks to be geared towards the mobile app, email templates, etc.<\/p>\n What I would recommend is checking out our Feature Requests since we do look at these as we’re discussing next steps and future plans:<\/p>\n
