I downloaded and set up HDS from the provided VHD in Hyper - V. I can connect to the server and use it mostly as planned but, this leaves me with 2 questions which I’m hoping someone could answer.

  1. The knowledge base section of my HDS will not load, and doesn’t even show up as an option unless I go to the “reports” section. Is this normal? Is it something I have to install separate? The KB is a huge reason why I set this up so I’d really like to get this set up.

  2. I would like to install inventory as well. Is this still Windows only or is there a Linux option? I also read online that inventory includes HDS? Am I misunderstanding something here?

Man so Sad HDS is missing needed features. I bet its hard witting on a new stack but t his should be more of a beta then a release.

Just went from Windows to HDS, Going to try Cloud next.

HDS comes from the cloud code, they’re likely to be very similar
