We need to be able to distribute a number of files and folders. At present we use our own FTP site which works fine in Windows Explorer. However, certain clients would prefer if they could receive a single link and then be able to download the whole lot in one go without having to enter username & passwords which they find difficult (no comments needed), but they are clients, bless them.

In other words we upload a load of documents in a folder structure (without using zip), the client receives an email with a link which he clicks on and the whole lot downloads to his PC.

Does anyone know of any providers that meet these critria? We have no objections to paying for such a service.

host the share at clients site, you ftp to it but they can just have share link sent to them

We use BigFileBox - very reasonably priced. Gives you feedback when files have been downloaded, you can time restrict the download. Very flexible.
