$Minions were busy this morning so I stepped in to help with some tickets. Audio issue with Teams popped up - “Easy peasy” I thought.

Spent 30 minutes troubleshooting the user’s setup only to realize the entire time my hardware mute on my headset was on. So I was in the test calls and unmuted but she couldn’t hear me.

I just about reinvented audio in those 30 minutes. Her initial issue was volume - which I addressed within the first few seconds.

Even when we know what’s wrong and how to fix it, sometimes we get in our own way…glad you finally resolved it!
