Hi everyone, our company has recently installed Pepper Roles and it’s not too bad but we’re disappointed that it doesn’t allow for more granular email notification controls.<\/p>\n
We’re looking to set up certain groups that only get certain notifications, for example the admins get all new unassigned tickets while the helpdesk engineers only get notifications about tickets that are assigned to them.<\/p>\n

There isn’t a way to fine tune email notifications right now. At least not anything built in. I haven’t seen any plugins for this, but it may be worth it to look in the app center.
