hi. we are very interested in spiceworks, specifically for the help desk feature. it looks to me like each person needs to be set up as a user? with a username and password? i don’t see how in the helpdesksections where i would add addtitional people so they can login. what am i missing.

Under the settings tab, there’s a users section where you can add additional users.

Just to clarify :

  • You don’t have to have an account to use the helpdesk portal. Users just enter their email address and submit a ticket

  • IT Pros who manage the tickets need accounts (added as Shad described above).
