It looks like you need to authenticate with a windows admin account. We use a domain admin account for ours.<\/p>\n

We have firewall turned off for all our workstations and we have tried couple of admin accounts on our nwteork range.<\/p>\n
The strange thing is a particular admin account passes on one range but fails on the other.<\/p>\n
