How do I turn off email notifications for myself? I am using the help desk and I get every ticket update as an email and it is filling up my inbox very quickly. I have the app so I get notifications through that and I’d like that to be the only way

Are you the only person attached to your help desk? If so, the quickest way that I can immediately recommend (without some tests for other options) is to turn off all emailed notifications. Go to Settings > Organizations > {your organization} > Monitors and alerts. Turn off the green sliders under Employee notifications.

No, there’s 5 of us total and I’m the newest one so I don’t think I have access to those settings.

After some testing, the better way is to go to Settings > Employee administration. Edit the profile and turn off the “Send email notifications to this user” slider.
