Welcome to the Spiceworks community and congratulations on your first post, @jhenry7.

It appears that you’ve been registered as a user for several years so I’m presuming you are familiar with going to https://on.spiceworks.com/, filling in your username and password, and logging in. Further to Rod-IT’s question, what issues are you encountering? Wrong email address? Wrong password? Issues with two factor authentication? Have you tried using a private or incognito session? Have you tried another browser?

Are you the owner of the Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk instance? Do you have a colleague that is experiencing the same issues or is it limited to just your user ID or computer?

As usual, @Rod-IT and @clutka have great info above. If you haven’t already, I’d also recommend reaching out to support@spiceworks.com which will get a ticket in with our application support team. Much like above, if you reach out to the team, give them the pertinent details so they can better assist you.
