Invisibility - bring out the inner perve.
Reading minds - gives you advantages when trying to figure people out.
Power of prediction sounds nice, but its of no use if you predict something you can’t prevent anyway.
Regeneration I guess is nice to a point.
Someone able to absorb infinite knowledge and understanding.

Healing (Kind of like Wolverine from X-Men). The adamantium Skeleton wouldn’t be terrible except the method to acquire it.

The ability to correctly translate an end user’s vague issue to instantly know exactly what the problem is so that I can quickly fix it and get the hell away from them.

Flying - depends how fast!
Teleportation - ok for an individual, PITA if you want to take your family/friends
Mind reading - only if you can turn it off
Invisibility - sounds interesting, but unless you get involved in something more secretive, you’ll just be finding out about what others think of you
Prediction - win the lottery would be nice (money doesn’t buy happiness, but it sure as hell helps!), wouldn’t want to predict all the future, it could be very depressing!
Regeneration - if you can do this to anyone then yer, ok ish - but who wants to live forever?
Nobody has mentioned
Super-human strength - handy at times, not sure what I’d do with it.
xray vision (or just the ability to see through objects), well - you’d see those coffee stains in the keyboards! 
I think I’d probably go for a prediction, win the the lottery, set my family up, donate loads to good causes and die happy.
