After running a scan it inventoried our software, but it only shows a few installs of the software. I know it is installed on a lot more pc’s. Why is it not showing the rest of the pc’s that the software is installed on? It is happening for all types of software.

I would recommend you check your firewall and WMI settings to make sure they are set up correctly on the systems that are not returning the expected information. Please take a look at these articles:
