I am a newbie and trying to get my spiceworks helpdesk off the ground. I several fully patched Windows 7 machines that are not getting scanned by the management server. .Net installed, network sharing is enabled, WMI is enabled - no go!

I have tried doing a single scan of just one of the IP’s of one of the machines.

I have installed the spiceworks agent.

Any suggestions from anyone?

Are these machines connected to a domain? I once had an issue where i forgot to put the domain of the admin account used for the scanning and some machines would not get scanned.
