You’ll find loads of opinions from fellow Spiceheads and from our partners here.
And we’ve got even more resources from our partners for you over on the Spiceworks University page! Check out the offerings from our partners here on virtualization training operating systems , networking and information security .

I am debating between Pluralsight and CBT Nuggets for myself right now. What is the better deal? CBT Nuggets is significantly more expensive. I mainly want it to go for MCSA, Network+ and Security+.

We just started to use VTC.com training about a month ago. The business plan wasn’t too bad, I believe it was $1000.00 for 5 user licenses for 1 year. So for the training seems pretty good, only time will tell tho.

I’m a Pluralsight man as it stands, although the CBT Nuggets trainers can more than get the job done.
A few of the courses (classroom) from Verhoef-training, have also been very successful.
There is so much material out there, that I think part of the fun is finding how and where you want to learn.

Don’t forget about CBT Nuggets! We have training for all of these certifications and more!

New Horizons is good, but like all training places, they need to make $$$, so you get a lot of info in a short time.

Thanks Joseph for the shout out! We just become part of the Spiceworks Community and are very excited about it. Feel free to reach out to me about any training questions anyone may have. We also have a 7 day trial if you want to check it out since there are links to others as well. Happy training!

Self-paced learning has it’s merits and conveniences, but sometimes getting into a class can be the best way to ramp up on new skills quickly. My company (ProTech) offers hands-on instructor-led training (both classroom and live virtual delivery). We have been in business for over 25 years and trained well over 250,000 IT professionals around the world.
