Congrats! I’m still waiting for my official title to be updated to “IT Tech” to match what I do on a day to day basis - which is sysadmin and SMB helpdesk manager.

I remember when I went from Help Desk Specialist to Help Desk Lead. I mean, it is only a two person help desk but I am not complaining.
