Office 2010 Product Keys

my install of Spiceworks 5.0 is not collecting the product keys for our Office 2010 installs. Is this a feature or a glitch?

Are you using KMS to activate your licenses?

Not that I’m aware of. Just installing from either DVD or downloaded media, and then entering the product key. I don’t recall seeing any additional activation steps.

on our 2010 installs I have gone into the help section and activated the install and then spiceworks has picked them up.

I’ve already manually entered all of our current ones, but next time I get an office install, I’ll give that a shot. Thank you!
