I’ve read all the community posts on the subject. It seems there is no solution.<\/p>\n
The only recommandation I found was to enlarge the ping timeout but people reported it does not do the job.<\/p>\n
Any idea?<\/p>\n

I can ping the device while it appears offline.<\/p>\n
