I’ve read all the community posts on the subject. It seems there is no solution.

The only recommandation I found was to enlarge the ping timeout but people reported it does not do the job.

Any idea?

I can ping the device while it appears offline.

I’ve rescaned the device with no change.

If you find it in your inventory and click the rescan button does it work?
