We would like to use Spiceworks to collect data at remote locations that are not on our WAN. That’s exactly what the remote collectors are for. On another note, I have not been able to get scan details on software etc. for any PCs except my own PC. I get the message:<\/p>\n
Authentication failed for user administrator
\nThis user doesn’t have the proper credentials required to access this machine.<\/p>\n

Are you using a domain administrator account for the scanning?
