Greetings to the well of knowledge…

It appears that the Remote Scan agent on all of my non-domain remote PCs is not functioning. Settings show that most are not up to date and those that are up to date (recent installs) show a Last Contact of two months or more ago. It had been functioning well.

Is the Agent supposed to update itself when there’s a new release?

You need to update the agent I believe.

At least five of these machines are up-to-date and current and still have not been scanned in two months.

Have you tried checking the external connectivity for those remote agents? Make sure the agents can communicate with port 9676 for HTTPS connectivity. Agents are supposed to update automatically. What is your SPiceworks version right now?
