My remote agents has stop scanning. Last update has correct date but last time scanned is a month old

Do they still have connectivity (can they reach the Spiceworks server)? What version of Spiceworks is the server running? There was an update which I believe required a manual update to agents.

As Bryan said it needs to be done manually. can you get into it to actually do a full scan so it is up to date.
