Ok so I got a question. I noticed today that one of the model devices I’m having trouble with, had a scan that was good. The difference is that its at a different facility, being scanned by the central server. The scan on the central server and the remote sites are the same. I tested another device (same model) with the same scans, same authentication, (both snmp public) and they both bring in information BUT some features are not available such as: Tools- Ping, NSlookup etc. So I decided to place a scan on my central server to test the device my remote site was scanning. Once the scan was complete, I was able to ping the device from SW, etc. I logged back into my remote site, ran a scan, and now my device is back to No Results Displayed. Why is this happening? My information on both central and remote sites are the same.

And now its showing a duplicate. I have a two devices in inventory, one from central site and one from remote site.

just check that the remote site has exactly the same credentials running the scan as the central site as when you install spice works it takes the logged on credentials and puts them as the default account to scan with
