Recently upgraded to 6.2 on central site and remote site. Since upgrading remote site gets nothing but server not responding.

initially it would connect at all. on the second day i tried again (with the very same settings that didnt work) and it did come up with an authorization code. enter the code on the central site and all seemed well. took a break.

about ten minutes later when i returned the remote site site says ‘server not responding’ and the central site doesnt even have remote site settings anymore. like thats not an option in settings.

is there a download link to roll back my version?

Hi Bob,

So, the “Remote Sites & Agents” link is completely missing from the Settings page? How about if you navigate to http://localhost/settings/remote_sites on the Spiceworks server. Does that page display?

Also, do you have HTTPS opened up both ways between the central server and remote collector? If the central server can’t communicate with the remote collector via HTTPS (or vice versa), then you’ll see some connection issues.

Sorry i left this alone for so long. I was away. It couldnt be helped.

The Link was completly missing yes. direct navigation didnt work. uninstalling everything and reinstalling didnt help. installing an older version did.
