Dear Experts,
We are a recently formed small IT team of 3 in a company that is turning into a group, aquiring new businesses at a high rate, currenty sitting somewhere around 250 endpoinds including approximately 30 servers
We are currently using TeamViewer for Remoting into users PCs migrating away from our ISPs Syncro RMM while considering what RMM to deploy instead
There doesnt seem to be much information on TeamViewer about the PCs which is vital for us, such as name, last user etc
Syncro seems to be pretty good as provides all kinds of info about the endpoints as well as deploy scripts on mass which became almost essential for us as most of our staff is in the field.
Hence our main priorities for our RMM would be:
- Remote Access to Endpoints
- System information about the endpoints inc last user, last online etc
- Ability to deploy scripts
- Ability to deploy software
- Patch Management
- Reports
May I ask your view and recommendation on the matter please?
Many Thanks
RMM Product recommendation
- TeamViewer
- Solarwinds N-Able
- Syncro
- Atera
- Datto
- NinjaOne

Supports Windows, Mac, and Linux environments (including endpoints & servers) and is absolutely mobile-first cloud-first RMM giving you the ease of managing and monitoring your devices even when you are away from your desk. And to answer your requirements bulletin, Pulseway can do all that you have mentioned.
- Remote Access to Endpoints - Yes, capable of remote troubleshooting, file transfer, remote chat, multi-monitor, and more.
- System information about the endpoints inc last user, last online, etc - Yes, online status, system information, and more.

Give it a try and see if it suits your needs. Please feel free to DM me if you have any questions. Cheers!
N-Able N-sight RMM (previously N-Able RMM and SolarWinds MSP RMM before that) meets all those requirements as well and can come as recommended. Pricing is reasonable and some of the add-ons are amazing, such as backup and endpoint protection ( now powered by SentinelOne ). Risk Intelligence is an interesting one as well and very affordable.
TakeControl is their remote access product and is definitely very robust and strong on security. For example, a password can be required to start a TakeControl remote session, even for those already users in the dashboard (think high-sensitivity endpoints and such). The interactive shell mode (both CMD and PowerShell) work really well.
Patch Management is also strong and includes support for many popular 3rd party applications, e.g. Chrome, Adobe Reader/Acrobat, Zoom, etc.
I do also like Splashtop ( @mark-splashtop ,) particularly where very affordable remote access is needed.
