I have xp pro machines that show up as having scan errors, yet the configuration information shows up as it does for machines that are scanned successfully. Also the machines respond correctly to the wmic test command listed in the help category for unknowns, so it seems as if everything is configured as it should be for SW to work properly. Any suggestions? Am I missing something?

What scan error is it telling you is happening?
“No open ports for this device were found to be responding.” All of the configuration info still shows up.

Do you have any overlapping scan ranges?
We may need to see some log files if you are seeing this and you do not have that issue in your setup. Please let me know.
