Sending Emails when Creating New Purchase

Is it possible to have spiceworks send an email when you create a new purchase listing? Thx

If you create a ticket first, then yes.

Why wouldn’t you want to record that a purchase was requested though? Doing it by a ticket gives you some better traceability would it not?

Agreed but I use a different product for help desk. Only utilizing purchasing from spiceworks. Thx again!
