Yes, aware of the end of life of the product. Had considered migrating to the cloud version, but from what I recall, there were differences in the reporting aspect.<\/p>\n

Sure - that’s why I suggested moving to another vendor would be appropriate. It’s been over two years since the app received any attention, and only 2.5 months until it’s no longer supported at all. Bugs having to do with scanning software, at this point, are many.
We can troubleshoot this, but have you considered the Inventory Online option?
