We’re tying to use the cloud version of Spiceworks Inventory. Seems that the scan runs just fine but after one scan the data seems to be static. This is especially so for software inventory. We’ve done a few tests with installing and uninstalling software and it just seems to keep what it has, never removing uninstalled software.

I’ve searched related topics and all seem to be with the on-prem Spiceworks, the answer being get on the Cloud version. Well we are and software inventory doesn’t update.

Trying to find controls for scheduled scans or settings and can’t seem to find them on the cloud versions.

Any help would be appreciated.
