If you add it as a separate device and scan it, does it find the device?
Settings, inventory, device scanning (add it manually)
Yes, I added the IP, but I did not find it
Is there any configuration that you have to do in the Macs?
Is there any configuration that should be done in Macs?

You need to be able to ping it for a start
An older article but check this

Already performed this procedure and did not work

If you cannot ping the mac you wont be able to inventory it, can you ping it by IP address?
If Spiceworks doesn’t see a device on an IP (so a ping) it can’t inventory it as it doesn’t believe anything is there
I can ping normally it appears on the windows network, but not on the spiceworks

Being able to ping it is a start,
During a scan does SW find anything, even if it doesn’t inventory it, does it get the device name or mac address?
It does not pass any information, I connect the scanner directly on the ip and it does not even find ip

Which suggests there is a firewall, IDS or IPS system blocking port scans on the mac.
