Was talking to my new boss yesterday and he brought up a good point about tracking purchases for extra items. So, in order to combat this, I have started to use the purchase list. A little difficult to navigate…not sure why I have to go from basic information, save it, then go back in again to put the more detailed stuff in. I do like it so far!! Has enough information for me to track everything I buy. We’ll see how it goes!

I’ve used it for years, keeps me from keeping a bunch of paperwork in the filing cabinet. Complete the purchase, scan the paperwork in attach it to the purchase/ticket. Done
I also like the reports that you can run against it as well, makes me look like I know what I’m doing come budget time.
