Hello All,

I am looking to use the Purchasing feature when creating and closing tickets,

At the minute, anyone can “approve” purchases.

Are there any settings I can change to allow only 1 person to “approve” purchases

Good question. I would like to enable this ability as well. Would be a great way to users to “request” purchases, then keep track of approvals and deliveries. Purchases could then be attributed to the user’s system (software or hardware).

Perhaps this is something that might be addressed in the upcoming SW 5.1? I was thinking there would be some ability to modify the Administrator access with this version.
