We have printed out the Environment Summary which tells us that on certain machines all the software has been uninstalled. When we check the machine it is still all there. Could anyone tell us why this is happening.

It is common that if there is a bad scan via WMI that it will display all software has been uninstalled. Try rescanning the devices in question and see if the issue is corrected.
