I’ve inherited management responsibility for Vertical SBX phone system. One of our users deskphone will not allow transfer of a call to another station. One the software console, her parameters look the same as the other stations. I’ve replaced her desk phone, and same problem, will not allow her to TRANS to another station. She can park a call. Any suggestions on where/what I need to change? Thanks much!

Sorry, not familiar with Vertical. All things being equal, I would take a stab that she is in some sort of group, class of service, or (pick your term) that is different. Look for a setting that has features that can be enabled/disabled on a per extension or group basis and see if there is anything related to transferring calls.

Thanks for the response. I login to SBX computer/app as Admin, compared that station with others and all settings are the same. Swapped the desk unit thinking it might be bad, still can’t transfer.
I’m not a telco tech - don’t know most of the acronyms in the software app or tech manuals, thus my query. Wondering if programming done thru the phone, or from the attendant phone would over-ride what I see in the app - am I looking in the wrong place?
I have other questions - switching to google fiber, router needs… I’ll look for appropriate thread or group. Thanks again!
