Help! I am attempting to program the phones to ring at two stations when an outside call comes in. I am about to snap!

System? Its a phone? I am sorry that is so vague but I am not sure what the system would be other than a Vertical SBX IP 320?

I have not even been successful enough to know if I have actually changed anything. I can access admin but that is as far as I have gotten.

As far as I can see Vertical SBX IP 320 is a package of devices or a specific model.

My question was around how you are trying to configure the phone to ring two stations, do you even know if it can/could do this?

Did you ask the vendor you bought it from?

It was a feature we had before we experienced a power outage. My Dr. said that he doesn’t not that info…frustration. I have found a programming manual and the user manual on line but its like a foreign language to me.

You linked to a guide for the handsets. I think you want to look at the main admin guide.

I think page 203. Group Call Pickup. The handsets have to be part of a Pickup Group. We see this reference in the first Phone user guide you linked on page 23 2-7 under “PICKUP”… ‘to pick up a call that is ringing at one of the stations within your PickUp Group.’
