Isn’t that part of the big half a gigabyte video from the on prem helpdesk video i got to download after i nagged about getting an offline copy?? I store them on a dedicated Spiceworks USB drive where i store all the goodies ( whitepapers, videos and other extremely useful things ) i got thru Spiceworks??
