xp stop scanning

We have about 50 xp sp3 machines that stopped scanning. now they show up as not scanned in 30 days. Installed xp agent and still same result.

What every body on Spiceworks is thinking, “50 unpatched insecure XP PC. Why? These PC aren’t connected to the Internet are they?”

No they run a scale system at the end of each line.This did not answer my Question.

Could a firewall setting on the machines have gotten changed somehow?

Windows firewall is disabled. The av firewall is on and exceptions for the ports have been added.This only seems to affect the xp machines. All w7 machines are working.

Hey Jeff,

To clarify, they weren’t updating before you installed the agent? I ask because there is currently a bug with the agent where the last scan date/time field isn’t updating even though the devices are updating successfully.
