When Spiceworks runs its scan and then completes, some computers/servers are not detected (Windows & Linux). Under scan errors, no errors are documented for the computers that are missing.

The best way to start troubleshooting this is to go to that machine, grab the IP address, then run a separate scan entry within Spiceworks to see if it picks up that machine. If not, it should give you an error. Let me know if you are able to try this out.
