the local PC I had running Spiceworks crashed. The operating system became corrupt and I can’t get it back up. I believe I can still access the hard drive if needed. is it possible to pull out the Spiceworks data and use that for a new PC so I can keep all of my data?

As long as you can mount the drive one way or another and copy the data from the install directory, that’s where the database data is.

If you had backups of the Spiceworks install on and saved them to a different system or storage device you can definitely work from there.

I’m assuming you are speaking of the legacy Spiceworks 7.5xxxx version?

The default location for backups is c:\program files (x86)\Spiceworks\backup

Yes, you should be able see below:

Make sure it is the same version as the old one.
