Hello
Could anyone please tell me if administrators are notified when a ticket has been assigned to him, because actually, Im getting email notification ONLY when a new ticket is being created?
I have read that when users get email notification when a ticket has been assigned to someone else, but I can’t get any?
Please tell me how to resolve this and Please tell me when are the times that administartaors are notified by emails?

Yes, Admins are notified, if the " Notify Me" box is checked.
Do you have POP3 settings setup?
Is there any way to have an admin notified only when a ticket has been assigned to him/her? If not, consider this a feature request. Perhaps a third level user could be added i.e. “Tech”.

Yes, Edit > change Assigned to > Save.
Notifications for Open, Assigned to, Update and Close all work in tandem if the Notify Me is selected they will get all of them.
A third level “tech” is a good suggestion and has been mentioned before. Post a “Feature Request” if it hasn’t been posted already and spice it up.
I seem to not be getting notifications when tickets are being reassigned. Can someone help me with this issue or tell me what information I need to provide. All of my alerts are working perfectly fine, it is only when a ticket is re-assigned does it not notify that user that is has been assigned to that person.
